Really very happy.
Happy that my frens are finally back from overseas.
Wats even more touching is that two of them called me once they reach S'pore.
This means that they still remember me...
Lol.
Anyway, Ying Wen called to share with me her trip to China.
She seemed to have enjoyed her trip a lot.
Hope she did remember to buy me souvenirs.
Jk...
DD is back too.
She called my HP twice and my house once.
Tink she wans to spread the good news...
And that is, all of us will be in the same class nxt year.
Those who appealed to retain 4H2s are successful, except for pei qi.

Nevertheless, still worth celebrating, cos my "bro" can retain his 4H2s.
Haha.
But wanna say sorry to those who called me on Wednesday.
Cos i was sleeping and didnt feel the call.
U guys wouldnt wan to know how long i've slept.
I've broken my record.
16.5 hours.

I slept at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday and woke up on Thursday at 7.00 a.m.
Tat sounds horrible rite...
But its due to me working night shift on Tuesday.

I've been meeting him since last thursday when we went for interviews...
Then subsequently, Fri to Sun is Stand. Chart.
He's involved too...
Monday we went for job orientation...
So met him at Sim Lim Tower...
After that we went Thomson for prata.
That's he and his sis's favourite place...
Lol.
Tats why i said he's like my little bro...
Anyway, i ate one mushroom prata and drank the Milo dinosaur (drink recommended by him)
Cost me $4.50 for such.
Haha.
He spent $7.50 for one Milky and one cheese prata, one Milo dino and mineral water...
Ok.
Back to me working on Tuesday night.
We are supposed to report at Suntec Carrefour (fortunately or unfortunately) at 11.30 p.m.
Then we deposited our bags and started our work with a briefing.
Tat lady super soft...
Then we couldnt hear anything.
So we asked the guy standing beside us.
He damn dao la.
Talk to him like talk to...
Animal?
Or was it that he doesnt understand English?
Duh.
WW also very pissed loh...
F off la...
Anyway, we were like some lost sheep not knowing wat to do...
Got our assignment...
Which was to do 20% checking...
But we didnt know wat to do...
So we thought of going to the place assigned before we start asking around...
But...
How are we supposed to go to that shelf?
Carrefour is so big...
The floor plan is big too...
I thought WW would understand the floor plan...
Apparently he didnt...
Cos he kept bringing me to the wrong area...
It took us quite a long time to find our designated area.
Our first job was to count bikes...
The ppl there told us wat to do...
So kind of them...
We finally understood our first task...
After many times of 20% checking, it was time for us to do scanning and verification.
Wats that?
We've got no idea.
We got 3 pieces of paper with products, quanty and stuff...
I got it.
Thanks to my work shadowing at Metro, i knew wat we were supposed to do once i got the paper.
Just stocking.
Need to varify that the actual stock count matches with that on the paper.

Got lots of things to blog about...
First is NUS Science Focus 2007...
I thought it would be a fun and educative trip...
But it turned out to be a boring one...
Lectures are super sian...
Many of them are sleeping in the LT...
I'm still one of the better students there...
Only smsed Jian Lin while the lecturer was blabbering away...
I just felted wasted...
Could have gone for SGH work shadowing if it was not b'cos of this stupid SF...
Wats more infuriating was that we had to pay $20 for this trip...
Its really a waste of my time and money.
:(
Anyway, it only lasted for 3 days...
And the third day was a short one...
DD and i left at 11.00 a.m. and went back to school to submit the work shadowing journal...
After which, i accompanied DD to meet her fei wen nan you again...
Supposed to be at town, but the two of us very tired...
So change location to Lot One...
Haha.
Guess wat we ate for lunch?
Ajisen!!!
Its a long time ever since i last ate...
Spicy Cha Shu Ramen!
Salivating liao...
Hehe.
Then, we did a lame thing...
Not eactly lame...
Just went to DD's house to look for job (and i dunno why must it be at her house)...
Searched for newspapers and managed to find a few...
But WW dun dare to call...
So i call loh...
3 to 4 of them asked us to go for interview the next day, which was Thursday...
So sad that DD couldnt join us...
Cos she would be flying to India in the morning...
Haha.
Hope that she wont come back with an Indian BF...
Lol.
Anyway, both of us went for the interview.
Gosh.
It was an exhaustive day...
WW and me walked from Golden Mile Complex, passing Raffles City to Sim Lim Tower and then to Funan IT Mall...
Its really a long walk man...
We also walked to one dunno wat plaza, intending to eat our lunch there.
We saw this magnificent scene and decided to take a picture.
Exaggerating la.
But its really nice.
Cos the whole level one is decorated with Christmas decor and stalls are set up to sell these items.
So its filled with Christmas spirit.
Btw, we wanted to eat Pizza Hut.
Then saw this take away specials.
Its cheaper.
So we ta bao and ate it elsewhere.
At that instance, i really felt as though i'm jobless and desperate for jobs.
Lol.
After that we went for 3 interviews...
And got the 3 jobs...
But we rejected 2...
One of it that we rejected was full of bengs and sengs...
They take puffs every half hour loh...
Just cant stand smokers!!!
Duh.
Harming others in the midst of killng themsleves.
Selfish jerks!
Anyway, we spent the whole day out...
Was so tired when we reached home...
And i almost forgot that Stand. Chart. Race Entry Pack Collection was on the next day...
We are the Queue Marshals!!!
Sounds cool...
Its actually is a tedious role...
"Sir, can i have your confirmation slip and photo ID please?"
"Huh, wat is photo ID? I only have the actual one."
"No problem sir."
Many of them dunno wat is photo ID...
They thought is the photocopied version of their IC.
Lol.
Anyway, thats the job for marshals at the entrance ( so called frontline).
The other role of marshals will be at the counter.
"Sir, please get ready your confirmation slip and photo ID."
"Sir, counter 17 please."
Thats a very stress job to me, perhaps not to others.
Cos i'm too short to see all the counters.
And i dunno if they are available or not.
Wats more stressing is that i'm always alone while others have a partner to help out...
For instance, i was in charge of full marathon, alone, on Saturday.
But on sunday, there were just two ppl at the counter.
And on sunday, i was asked to do for 10 km queue.
As usual. I'm the only 1 there while other counters have 2 ppl.
I have to look after 23 counters alone while others look after 20 counters in pairs.
So unfair.
But Muhammad (our leader) said that there are obvious reasons for his deployment.
Duh.
B'cos i'm a diligent worker who has displayed leadership.

Btw, we got two Adidas shirts.
But to our disappointment, its not dry fit jerseys.
Its cotton t-shirts.
Sian.
The shirt i got on Friday.
Its so ugly...
Cos of the Stand. Chart. logo.
But...
I managed to peel it off from my second shirt.
Haha.
So i'll just keep one with and one without the logo.
Yeah.
Anyway, i went there early on Sunday.
Wats there to see at Suntec when all shops are still closed?

I didnt know that there's a koi pond there until i explored the tower...

Something to share...
Its the filming of our PW presentation!!!
Our group was called down on Wednesday...
We thought it was bout being the audience of the group that was absent on Tuesday...
Never did we realise that it was filming...
We went there without any preparations...
We were supposed to be in outside clothes...
But we went there with uniforms...
We were supposed to set up the props...
But we didnt bring them along...
So we gotta push back the filming while i rushed back to get clothes and stuffs...
Nevertheless, we were super happy to be selected out of all the J1s...
And its also a nice way to end our PW...
End the 6 months of hard work...
Good job everyone!!!
After the filming, the 2 guys came to my house to play PS II...
As usual, they've got only one game, which is their all time favourite, soccer.
It was kind of funny to see them play...
Cos it made me felt as though i was watching a real football match...
Screams, shouts, cheers and laughter...
They behaved just as though they are kids...

Something that happened days ago...
And something that i would never forget...Its the filming of our PW presentation!!!
Our group was called down on Wednesday...
We thought it was bout being the audience of the group that was absent on Tuesday...
Never did we realise that it was filming...
We went there without any preparations...
We were supposed to be in outside clothes...
But we went there with uniforms...
We were supposed to set up the props...
But we didnt bring them along...
So we gotta push back the filming while i rushed back to get clothes and stuffs...
Nevertheless, we were super happy to be selected out of all the J1s...
And its also a nice way to end our PW...
End the 6 months of hard work...
Good job everyone!!!
After the filming, the 2 guys came to my house to play PS II...
As usual, they've got only one game, which is their all time favourite, soccer.
It was kind of funny to see them play...
Cos it made me felt as though i was watching a real football match...
Screams, shouts, cheers and laughter...
They behaved just as though they are kids...
Hahaha.

My bro won Eugene...
Wei Wen won my bro...

Wanted to say that it was my happiest day for the week...
Not becos of the super long trail that made us walked from one end to another...
But becos i got to shout at the sea, just like how dramas do...
Also, i finally realised how powerful the sea actually is...
Its just like the essay that i wrote back in sec 4...
"The faint overlapping of waves calms me down and soothes me from the hectic life..."
Cos i was very disturbed by what someone said.
My face actually turned very black and i kept quiet at one point of the race...
Haha.
I tink WW and JX also dun dare to talk to me...
Cos they were afraid that i would erupt...
I'm glad that they left me alone too...
And glad that they gave me some time to do something in the rain...
Something that will not be exposed in the rain...
Anyway, it was when i took a walk along the beach did i feel that all my troubles were being washed away by the sea...
Its a wierd feeling...
I kind of forgot everything and i was back to my true self again...
The cheerful and childish me...
It was then that i talked to them again...
I bet they were very relieved to see me back to normal...
Hahaha.

Wat the H***!!!
I tink my OP will be a gone case...
We spent the whole day before the presentation doing the stop motion animation...
As well as the slides...
Just wanna make sure that everything goes smoothly...
But unfortunately, mishaps still happened...
I tink it has gotta do with the laptop that school provided.
I dunno wat happened though...
Just knew that there were a lot of empty slides when we opened it as we were setting up...
It was fine when we tested using my com...
And we even tested with Kiong's laptop before we enter the examination venue.
Both the actual and backups were working...
And we even checked two thumbdrives...
Hai...
Just wanna say that we were suay...
Backup slides cannot be read by the laptop.
Actual wan has got slides missing...
So we had to type it on the spot.
This wasnt the worst thing.
We thought we've managed to solve the problem.
But it was till i was presenting then did i realise that i had one slide missing!!!
Duh!
I had to recall my slides based on my memory.
Luckily, i am able to do so b'cos of the many rehearsals that we had...
If not, i'm gonna die for sure.
One thing that was comforting was the encouragement by teammates...
WW said that i was steady and sounded as if a career woman despite the unexpected situation.
Gosh.
I really thought that i would flop my OP if it was not b'cos of his comment...
Was sort of relieve after listening to his words...
Actually, i felt that our group was one of the better ones amongst the rest of the groups in the school...
Is that the reason why the examiners wanted to try something different on us?
Haha.
We were the only group that had the fifth speaker to answer Q & A first.
The whole order was reversed...
But it still doesnt affect me...
Cos i'm the third speaker...
Hehe.
" Do you think the cinemas will be receptive to your proposal?"
That was my question...
I tink i sort of answer to the question...
But it was a brief one...
Doesnt matter...
Cos i sounded confident, didnt i?
Haha.
Back to monday when we spent the whole day doing PW...
Its really whole day!!!
We started in the morning...
First doing the slides...
Then piecing the photos together for the animation...
Took us the whole afternoon to do so...
But we still couldnt complete the animation...
The guys stayed back to edit subtitles and songs...
If it was not b'cos of my stupid com that hung up when it was almost near to completion, the 3 of us wouldnt have to stayed up so late...
We also had our last round of rehearsal at 3...
In the end, slept at 3 plus 4...
And woke up at 6.
As usual, i had a hard time waking Wei Wen...
Called him and he turned a deaf ear...
It was when he realised that everyone, including Eugene, my mum, my grandma, my bro and me, was looking at him, then did he woke up...
Yes.
He stood up from the mattress that was in the living room.
But he continued sleeping on my bed...
Hai...
His such a boy...
Just like my bro...
Haha.
Anyway, i was a bit emo yesterday...
Cos PW had officially come to an end...
I guess we are different from other groups...
Cos we really boneded alot through this project...
Not like others where they were happy to break free from their groups, we hoped to do the project once more...
We wanted to go thru the process again...
Cos we really enjoyed it...
Haha...

Firstly, wanna say that its really a 美丽的误会...
