Anyway, the show started when we entered. Haix, sat at the wrong place... Then gotta shift half way... Sorry for disturbing others... :)
The show was funny, more to the extent of lame... "Spider pig", "Tom Hanks", "Boobs lady"... All these made my laughter loud and uncontrollable... Sounds horrendous rite? Can u imagine them having to tolerate my laughter throughout the 2 hrs? Gee, hope i didnt irritate Donald and Jelly... Haha.
Really enjoyed my time with the three of them. Such a pity tat Sarah and Sabrina didnt come... Hope tat we would meet up real soon... Must take more pictures next time!!!
After show, we went separate ways... "J.A.Y" went to a stupid Japanese restaurant... Sell food as though selling salt... Tastes horrible. In the end, i also nv finish. Give Star and Donald eat...

One more thing, sorry girls. I really tink tat i dun have time for Harry Potter le. Cost next week got 2 GP, 2 Econs, Chem and CL tests... Plus "tour guide" training for open house... I tink u gurls go for it yourselves ba... Sorry bout tat!!!

Was rushing written report yesterday... Until 1 plus... So didnt update on Temsem...
Yesterday was the actual event of the seminar... I was in school way before the meeting time, only to realise my court shoes haven arrive yet... Asta just managed to reach there on the dot... Haha... I thought i would be wearing my blazer with sports shoes...
"No camera phones allowed". But apparently, only pj ppl kept their phones in school lockers. Other schools were using them openly... Haha.
Anyway, each participant is supposed to receive a goodie bag... Some have notebooks while others have lazers. Of course, the lazer wan was in higher demand... Everyone was fighting for one... Hehe... Typical S'porean... I opened mine. Its a lazer. I thought i was lucky though. But i lost my whole bag after the ceremony... Hai, sway. Dun even have a bottle of NEWater, not to mention lazer...
Oh, the climax of the day! The "Oscar Ceremony"... I was one of the backstage helpers, together with Jelly and Yee Chien. I was incharged of lightings. Hmmm, I tink i did a mediocre jod la, even though my frens said the lighting effect is a bit retarded... Ok loh, i admit this is my first time handling such high tech stuff... But its already a great achievement for an IT- unsavvy person to not mess up the whole event... Haha...
Then was the mundane forum, which overshot the time... In the end, i didn't even get a proper debrief. Cost me and a few frens need to rush back to school to take Maths test...
Nvm. Cost we will have a movie screening tomolo. Its the simpsons. At least after which we can meet up... Anyway, i guess will only miss Sarah, jelly, sabrina, jessica, wallace, clarance, evelyn and ching hao. The rest, sad to say, shall depend on the memory space of my brain ba...

Pj is nominating ppl to go for CSI competition against other JCs. I've already submitted my name. I really hope that i will be selected. But i'm afraid tat b'cos i've paticipated in temsem, they would give the opportunity to others. Hai, hope to hear good news ba...

I'm so happy today!!!
First is Project Agape, which was not a failure after all... Actually it all starts with planning, coordination etc. But i didnt help much in it, so i shan't mention... Wat we did today was just to promote the blood donation drive to the public, to create greater awareness and to correct the misconceptions they had on blood donation. This was the first time i gave briefing without me preparing the details before hand... Tat is to say, i had to do impromptu thinking on the instructions to be given... Hmmm, it was quite expected that not much ppl will be willing to entertain us as this door to door strategy will only irritate them... Nevertheless, Byron still manage to get 30 plus no. of ppl who agreed to come for the donation next sat. Wat's most impt is, we beat Nobel!!! LOL...
Anyway, i was quite disappointed that i didnt get to donate my blood during PAE cost the nurse couldnt find my veins! They say we are still young and our veins are still fine... But i am determined to spread my love to the less fortunate this time. I'm gonna meddle with dumbbell everyday so that my veins would come popping out. It may be impossible though, but i'll try. :D
Twinning programme. Just went for the interview for the immersion programme yesterday. The purpose of yesterday's session was to enable the teachers to sieve out ppl who are not suitable for the programme. We first had to do a self intro in Chinese. I tink i kind of screw a big time out of it. I said i love S25, and how glad i am to be in this class... Everything was in perfect Chinese when i suddenly said "clique" in English... Hai, i dunno why, but i've got a strong instinct that zhi xiang and Donald will be selected... I've got no chance at all... Anyway, i dun pin much hope on this la... Doubt i'll get the chance to go China and interact with them!
SC Investiture. Actually we did nothing also. Just ushering guests to their seats, from concourse to LT4. Main thing is to make them feel welcomed and comfortable loh... How? By striking a conversation and engage them in talking when walking the way up... Yup.
Forgot to say the second thing tat made me super happy... Haha. I got his video in my phone! Though it was really short only... And he went for today's CIP too. Haha. When i was briefing the ppl, he suddenly call me xiao mei mei! And this wasnt his first time calling me tat. I tink its b cos of the difference in ht tat i look young to him... Tink his ht is 180+ while i'm only, ahem, 153. So ya. Hai, will have his photo soon. Once Mr Lum sends me, i'll post it!!! Last thing ah, i got to play volleyball with him on monday during PE. He was in my team... LOL. Just wanna say he quite gentleman. He will purposely pass the ball to the girls. So sweet rite... Sorry for my last sentence. I tink i've gotta go eat medicine le.

Arts Day was a success!

Haha, actually i've got a lot of things to blog today. First is Arts Day. I felt so honoured to be the coordinator of the workshops. There are 6 workshops in total and they are all spread around the school- MPR3, 4, 5, LT1, 2 and dance studio. I had to basically run to different venues periodically to ensure tat the workshops are conducted smoothly. When the participants are late, i had to call every single one to ask them to come for the workshops. After the event, i felt as though i'd just ran 2.4, perspiration dripping furiously (my frens thought it rained just now).
Nevertheless, i still get to sit in for all the workshops. I've learnt quite a lot, especially from balloon art and inspire through cartooning. I had fun in the balloon sculpture lesson, cost i saw how ying wen and frens were afraid of balloons! Haha. And i realised tat Jia wei dunno how to tie balloon! I had to help him tie his balloon after he inflated it. Tat was funny man... The learning point is: i've learnt how to make other animals and not just dogs tat i once made... :D
Another workshop was cartooning. My drawing skills improved, i tink. Cost i now know how to draw human caricature and some cute animations. I shall show u my masterpieces...
Its a bit not clear though... Cost my phone's camera resolution not so good...
Straight after Arts Day was College Day. Poor us gotta stay back in school when others can leave for home... We wanted to join Star in LT as she rehearsed for College Day... But we went to help out Zhi Xiang, Wei Wen, Dexter and Wei Zhong instead... They had a stall set up for YMCA Youth For Causes... Its a voluntary welfare organisation... So we volunteered too! But, only help to close shop... Haha... Carried tat stupid Styrofoam boxes... Then my spects keep dropping and i've got no hand to push it up... :(
Oh, theres one thing i must mention... The guys waited for us after their showers! Haha... The four of us wanted to bathe... Cost we stink! But as expected, girls will always be slower than guys... So, the two of them waited for us at the grandstand for about 15 mins... Pai sei... Anyway, it was Donald Duck who was slow...
At the hall... Super sian... Dunno what to do... To be exact, is theres nothing we can do... So we played with our phones...
This was my wallpaper... Wei Wen saw it and he wanted me to send him... So i did... But miraculously, the Mickey in my phone seems to be strolling while tat in his phone was running (as though being chased by loan sharks). The contrasting speed made my laughter uncontrollable... Haha...
We chatted throughout the ceremony... It was this tat added joy to our afternoon, i suppose...

Simple question rite? Tat was my first question for A level CL oral. I've got plenty of things to say... Cost this issue is so recent tat you can still hear it on news or see it on papers. BUT , i didnt get to say all tat i wanna say... The stupid examiners interrupted me with the second question when i was half way through...
"Do you think $60 00000 is a huge sum of money?" Of course! I've got lots of comments on this question too. BUT, he cut me again. This time round, he just asked me if i've got anything to say, if not i can leave (without me answering).
I was super pissed loh! I was the second last candidate and i've waited for more than 2 hours. And i didnt even get to say wat i wanna say! Its so unfair! I wan to complain! :(
Anyway, i realise tat of all oral examinations i've been thru, i felt calmest this time. I wasnt at all nervous when speaking to the examiners and i didnt blush! Haha... So i guess i'll be able to do better as compared to the one i did for promos. I hope so.
Btw, just to do a summary of my mid year results:
GP- B
CL- A
H2 Maths- A
H2 Chem- B
H2 Phy- D
H2 Econs- E
Perhaps i need to work harder for my promos. I dun wan to be retained! Heehee. Ok. This coming sat will be PJ Arts Day. Missed the meeting today b cos of oral. Also missed Sirius Programme's meeting. Haiz, gotta find out from frens. Just hope tat Arts Day will go smoothly! And also jelly's investiture! Haha... :)

Wa, having difficulty to write today... Cost of muscle ache... Haha...
Just had badminton training yesterday... Ended at 7.40 and by the time i reached home, its already 8.10... Was super tired tat i didnt even touch my tutorials at all... Luckily it was not needed today... Phew...
Oh yes, yesterday's PE lesson was the most enjoyable one i had in JC... Cost it was games conducted by our new teacher who just graduated from NIE. It was suppose to be volley ball... But we ended playing captain's ball using volleyball. Nevertheless, it was was fun!!!
It was a battle between sexes! Haha... Girls against guys. One thing i wanna comment is, the teacher showed favouritism towards the girls! It wasnt a great thing afterall, cost we still ended up losing. But imagine the guys, having to catch the ball with one hand handicapped, only to stand one metre away from the girls and being outnumbered by 2 or 3 more girls, its a big deal tat they can win (despite the fact tat they r much much taller than us la). Good job guys! Not to forget the girls, well done yea!

Good news!!!
To all tem sem participants of PJC: our school is nominated for two awards- best production(animation) and most endearing scene. Even though i dunno why a film with live ppl acting can be classified as animation, but at least there is some recognition. But that isnt the finalised nomination list... Hopefully our hard work wont go futile...
And thanks jelly for being the first one to break the news to me!!! Haha... :D

My prophecy came true!
I flunk my econs! Got 24/50. Just need one pathetic mark to pass. Its an E!!! It just spoils my report card... But, i'm still hoping tat the report card will include my lecture tests' marks... Cost i got 21/25 for case studies lecture test... At least tat will salvage my grade...
Despite the downside of life, i still see a shaft of light...
Another A for me... Its chinese... But is isnt something great... Cost its a border line case... I guess i'll have to pull up my socks...
Went for Temasek Seminar coregroup meeting yesterday... Its was fun though, cost of the pizza!!! Haha, its because we get to screen everyone's hardwork for the past few weeks- their videos! Some were super funny, some were emotional, others were motivational... However, i tink its a bit disappointing tat PJ's video didnt manage to grab ppl's attention... Its ok, cost we've put in our best effort, and jelly did vote for me, isnt is? :D
Met new frens yesterday, sarah and fang. They are nice ppl man... I tink i can click with them better as compared to others who are more ang moh... Hehe, hope i'm not offending anyone...
The meeting, supposedly to end at 22.30, ended at 23.30... My mum flooded my mailbox! 14 missed calls... Haha... My poor phone was locked in tat tiny whiny locker... I guess it would have felt lonely for tat night. Hope it did miss me like i did... Lol.

Haiz, busy with Arts Day this week and the following... Plan, plan, plan... Still gotta to arrange schedule for the booth! And the booth is on Monday! I coudnt find ppl to look after the booth from 11.30 to 12.00 if i'm not wrong... Cost its not break time... So how?
Monday blues is coming... Cost gp paper will be returned... Cant wait to see how badly i've done... Haha... Just kidin... Dont tink i'll fail this time, cost must have confidence in urself, rite jelly? Heehee...

AHHHH...
Physics, the most difficult paper... Got D, which is 53%... Not sure whether to cry or laugh...
But at least i passed, isnt it? :(
A consolation for me... Got an A for maths... 82%...
But one thing to note: I will definitely fail for my Econs. Even if i didnt, i wouldnt score well... A D? I hope...
Something to celebrate: All Sirus Programme ppl wont be kicked out of it! I still thought this arts day would be our last project... But not!!!
Haha... actually, Arts Day falls on Zhenghua Awards Day... But because i'm in charge of this Arts Day photography exibition and workshops, i dun tink i'll be able to attend awards day... So, just hope tat zss will still give me my voucher!!!
Hmmm, jia wei and me are in the same committee... Hope tat our com will do a good job yea?
Will be having a second core group meeting for Temsem leaders on this coming friday... 1900 to 2230 at MinDef Scholarship Centre (Depot Rd)... Its super far from my house... 1 hour plus of travelling time?
Btw, next Arts Day meeting is on Tues, 10 July, 5 to 6... Wed is our A level oral... Still gotta stay till so late... But, for the sake of my testimonials, i will sacrifice... Haha... :D

Ah... My hopes are dashed!
I got a B for my Chemistry... I tink you girls should know tat i've always pinned all my hopes on chem... Unfortunately, i didnt get an A... Haha... But neither did Kiong... Well at least tat is some form of encouragement... There are only a few Bs in the class... Less than 6? I'm the lowest B though...
I'm so proud of one person- JX!!! She got an A, the one and only A in our class... Guess tat is her reward for putting in the effort... Congrats!
"You reap wat you sow"... Hmmm, its true! I tink i have to work harder for my coming promos...
One more thing, i tink my parents gonna "kana" called by the teacher to meet the principal... Cost cher say they will compare ya expected grades (based on O'levels) with mid year to see if our parents need to be called or not... So, we shall see... :D

Wow, spent my day watching Transformers at Jurong Point's GV. Haha... The whole theatre was filled with guys- little boys, teenage guys and adult men... Women are the minority! Hehe... But i seriously can understand why guys fancy these robots so much... Cost I'm getting fantasized with them too.

Wat a cool movie it is... It all starts with a war between the Autobots... With brilliant graphics, excellent sound effects and wonderful plot...
